Making it very good for Catarrh ( build up of mucus in the nose or throat, inflammation of the mucus membranes), use as steam over a pot of boiling water on the stove with towel over your head, by adding a drop or two of Eucalyptus and Black Spruce. Sinus Congestion.

High in esters, which contributes to it`s Antispasmodic properties. Ability to clear blockages” both respiratory and emotional calming effect on the nervous, hyperactive individual.
